To ensure a smooth and positive learning experience, we ask all families to carefully review the following key policies before enrolling:

• Enrollment Confirmation:
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.
 • Non-Refundable IT / Platform Fee:
A $50 IT / Platform Fee is charged at enrollment and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
 • Refunds:
Refunds, if eligible, are governed strictly by AppleSmart’s official Refund Policy. No refunds are issued once a course has started or once digital content access has been provided.
 • Attendance & Participation:
Regular attendance and active participation are expected. Absences, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or makeup classes unless explicitly stated.
 • Online Conduct:
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally in all online classes and communications. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a course without refund.
 • Technology Responsibility:
Families are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and suitable devices for online learning. Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds.        
 • Academic Expectations:
AppleSmart does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, test scores, or admissions results.

By enrolling in any AppleSmart course or program, families acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to both this summary and the full Policies outlined below.

Full Policies

The following Policies outline the academic, enrollment, participation, and conduct expectations for all students and families enrolled in AppleSmart programs. These Policies are designed to ensure a respectful, effective, and high-quality learning environment.

By enrolling in any AppleSmart course or program, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Policies outlined below.

1. Enrollment Policy

• Enrollment in any AppleSmart course is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
• Course placement is subject to availability, academic readiness, and scheduling considerations. 
• AppleSmart reserves the right to limit enrollment or decline registration where necessary to maintain instructional quality.

2. Attendance & Participation Policy

   • Regular attendance and active participation are strongly encouraged for academic success. 
   • Students are expected to arrive on time and remain engaged during live classes.
   • Absences due to travel, illness, or personal reasons do not qualify for refunds or makeup classes unless explicitly stated.
   • Access to recorded sessions (if provided) does not replace live participation requirements.

AppleSmart reserves the right to address repeated absences or lack of participation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

All tuition payments, fees, and refunds are governed exclusively by AppleSmart’s official Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Policies.
Key provisions include, but are not limited to:

• A non-refundable IT / Platform Fee of $50 charged at enrollment
• Strict refund eligibility timelines prior to course start dates
• No refunds after a course has begun
 • No refunds once digital content access has been provided

4. Academic Integrity Policy

AppleSmart expects all students to uphold standards of honesty and integrity in their academic work.

Students are expected to:
 • Submit original work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
 • Properly credit sources when using external materials
 • Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of work

Academic misconduct may result in corrective action, including reassignment, removal from a course, or academic review, without refund.

5. Online Conduct & Community Standards

To ensure a safe and respectful learning environment, all students, parents, and educators must adhere to the following standards:

• Use respectful language and behavior in all classes and communications
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive conduct
• Follow instructor guidelines during live sessions and discussions

Violations of community standards may result in disciplinary action, including removal from classes without refund.

6. Technology & Platform Use Policy

Students and families are responsible for ensuring:

.  • Reliable internet access
   • A functioning device suitable for online learning
   • Familiarity with the learning platform used by AppleSmart

AppleSmart is not responsible for disruptions caused by individual technical issues, device failures, or connectivity problems.

7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property Policy

All course materials, including lesson content, recordings, worksheets, and assessments, are the intellectual property of APPLESMART INC., unless otherwise stated.
 • Materials are provided for personal educational use only.
• Redistribution, sharing, recording, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited without written permission.

8. Parental Responsibility Policy

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

 • Ensuring students attend classes on time
 • Supporting appropriate learning behavior        
• Reviewing course expectations and communications

For younger students, parental supervision may be necessary during live sessions.

9. Modifications to Policies

AppleSmart reserves the right to update or amend these Policies at any time.
Any changes will apply prospectively and will be published on the AppleSmart website.

Continued enrollment after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies.
